Our landscape and irrigation design services focus on a wide variety of project types and scales, from residential and commercial developments to public facilities, interpretive and visitor centers, pedestrian and bike trails, parks and athletic facilities, and wetland restoration. We understand our clients’ aesthetic and financial objectives, whether implementing a minimalist approach or a more complex program. When possible, Parametrix strives to incorporate low impact elements into designs by using drought tolerant and native plant species. Construction Management Parametrix effectively manages both large and small construction projects, giving particular attention to pertinent regulations that ensure project continuity. We are proactive problem solvers on site, working closely with the contractor, regulatory agencies, and owner to resolve construction issues. We can evaluate whether cost changes are warranted and then negotiate with the contractor on pricing issues.
