Jeff joined Parametrix in 1990 as a transportation engineer. In 2008, he became president and chief executive officer, and is responsible for overall company growth and profitability. Jeff overseas company-wide operations, strategic planning, and business development activities. He remains involved in client work and and is also involved in strategic project work. |

Mel Sears: Executive Vice President of Operations Region II, and Company–wide Project Delivery/Quality
In 1996, Mel joined Parametrix as the Portland office manager. Today he oversees office operations in Oregon, Colorado, and other strategic locations. Mel also guides the company-wide efforts to enhance project delivery and project management systems and training. |

Darlene Brown: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Darlene joined Parametrix in April 1996. She was appointed to the executive committee in 2000. As CFO, she plans, directs and controls the organization's overall financial plans and policies and maintains relationships with our lending institutions. She has been a Trustee of our ESOP since 1997. |

Diane Lenius: Vice President of Operations Region I
Diane joined the firm in 1989 as a design engineer. She enjoys managing people and multidisciplinary projects. While at Parametrix, Diane has been a division manager and involved in office operations and leadership development. She now resides as the vice president of operations for Region I. |

Robin McManus: Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Robin joined Parametrix in May 2006, and was appointed to the executive committee in September 2006. As CIO, she develops strategic plans for information technology investments, and directs IT department planning and operations. She oversees IT project delivery, and guides efforts to enhance collaboration through effective implementation of technology. |

Frank Buhler: Principal, Zachary Scott & Co. Investment Bankers
Frank specializes in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. He joined Zachary Scott at its inception in 1991, and became a principal in 1996. He has a strong understanding of ESOP principals. |

Joe Cabral: Retired President and Chairman of the Board of Chatsworth Products, Inc.
Joe has more than 30 years of experience in business management and leadership with a background in accounting. As a retired CPA, Joe started his career at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP. Joe spent 15 years in financial and general management at Harris Corporation. There he led the divestiture of Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI) using a leveraged ESOP to become 100% employee owned. For the following decade, Joe led CPI’s high growth in the IT market serving as its President and Chairman of the Board until his retirement. He has also served on the Boards of National Cooperative Bank from 1995 to 2001 and The ESOP Association from 1996 to 2005 receiving the Life Service Award in 2006. |

Waite Dalrymple: Founder of Parametrix
Waite is one of the founders of Parametrix, and the former CEO. Waite's insight and knowledge of Parametrix is invaluable. He works with the management team on investigating potential mergers and acquisitions. |

David Mattern: ESOP Trustee Representative
David joined Parametrix part time in 1983 and became a full-time employee in 1984. David has extensive educational background and experience in social and policy research, and environmental studies. His responsibilities include managing environmental impact statement (EIS) preparation, conducting siting studies and planning policy evaluations for major public facilities, and preparing land use, visual quality, and public service assessments. |

Allen E. Symington: CEO of Pope Resources (retired)
Al brings more than 30 years of experience in management leadership. He has hands-on experience in general management, planning, investments, finance, treasury, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate alignment and development, engineering, production, marketing and distribution, and timberlands management. |

Bill Webb: Employee Representative
Bill is the employee representative selected by the employee ownership committee. Bill joined Parametrix in 2003 as a senior scientist. Today he is a senior consultant in the EE&S Division in Bremerton, and spends most of his time on business development. |

Steve Aisaka: Program Manager
Steve is a senior consultant and specializes in project management and tranportation design. His project work focuses on the design of bridges and other transportation-related projects, including rapid transit, aviation, rail, port facilities, and tunneling projects. Steve has led major transportation design and planning projects in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. |

Peter Battuello: Principal
Peter joined Parametrix in 1997 and has served in several capacities including project manager, division manager, and EPA Region 10 AES program manager. Beginning in 2005, he served as the principal of the Parametrix Bremerton office. As principal for Parametrix in Bellevue, Peter will continue to support office and corporate growth toward strategic plan objectives. |

Doug Camenisch: Principal
Doug is the principal of the Boise office and provides project delivery, client service, and business development leadership. Doug specializes in urban and rural transportation projects. His experience includes project management, transportation planning and design, context sensitive solutions, and preparing construction documents. His technical expertise is roadway design and hydraulic analysis, including irrigation and storm sewer design. |

Kathleen Cassou: Principal
Kathleen is the principal of the Lacey office and the Parametrix survey division manager. Kathleen is experienced in the implementation and management of multidisciplined survey operations throughout the State of Washington. She joined the firm in 2003 and is responsible for short and long range strategic planning in Lacey as well as the organized growth of the survey operation throughout all offices. She is most passionate about client service and supporting the development and professionalism of her staff. |

Barb Gilliland: Principal
Barb joined Parametrix in July 2005 as transportation division manager and became the Denver office principal in 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in highway planning and transit planning and operations. She was instrumental in the creation of Sound Transit including managing the planning work for Sound Move the Regional Transit Plan and served as the Deputy Director of operations for the agency. |

Jim Good: Program Manager
Jim is the natural and cultural resources program manager. With a background in water quality and aquatic ecology, he manages interdisciplinary natural resources projects with an emphasis on aquatic resources. |

Susan Graham: Program Manager
Susan is the program manager for the Community Building program. She is particularly skilled at project development, working in partnership with clients, elected officials, and the impacted communities to identify and resolve challenges to meet broad-ranging objectives. Susan has received two "Excellence in Planning" awards from the Washington State APA for outstanding project work in community outreach, land use/transportation planning, and sustainability. |

Jeanna Hanenburg: Director of Human Resources
Jeanna joined Human Resources at Parametrix in April 2000. She is responsible for the continued development of recruitment, retention, employee development initiatives, and HR programs firmwide. She is passionate about the HR opportunities that are unique to people-related initiatives in our employee-owned company. Jeanna's background is in recruitment and she leads HRs support of strategic plan initiatives of growth and diversity through the attainment, development, and retention of the best talent in our industry. |

Jeff Heilman: Principal Consultant
Jeff specializes in multidisciplinary environmental review, protection, and permitting. He leads the Environmental Performance Excellence (EPE) Initiative, which develops and implements innovative approaches to environmental challenges, has been recognized nationally for its contributions to streamlining processes, improving environmental consensus and communications, and achieving excellent environmental outcomes. Jeff integrates these approaches with project delivery to help clients achieve cost-effective and high quality projects in an environmentally sustainable manner. |

Brad Hermanson: Project Delivery Officer
Brad joined Parametrix in 2000 as a project manager and Portland EE&S division manager. He served as the project delivery manager in our Portland office before becoming the director of project delivery and quality support for all of Parametrix in 2008. Brad continues to manage projects, and has been particularly involved with a number of the projects being done by Parametrix under the EPA AES contract. He enjoys providing training in some of his special interests, such as advanced project management, risk management, decision analysis, and environmental regulations. |

Howard Hillinger: Director of Federal and Program Management/Construction Management Initiatives
Howard joined Parametrix in February 2004 as the director of federal programs. He has over 20 years of experience in a wide array of facilities development and management activities, including project development, program and construction management, program and strategic planning, information systems development and integration and training and staff development and has managed programs exceeding one-million dollars. |

Joan Lee: Program Manager
Joan joined Parametrix in November 2006. As the water solutions program manager, she is involved in implementing the water resources initiative of the company's strategic plan. Joan’s background is in surface water management where she has expertise in drainage infrastructure, habitat restoration, regulatory compliance, river flood hazard management, watershed management, and salmon recovery. |

Dan McReynolds: Principal
Dan joined Parametrix in 1990 and is the principal of our Sumner East and Sumner West offices. He provides project delivery, client service, and business development leadership for the offices. Dan manages transportation projects in both planning and design phases. He frequently facilitates the public involvement process; his technical expertise is enhanced by excellent communication skills. Dan is also part of Parametrix’s Quality Review Team and regularly participates as a QA/QC manager for transportation projects. |

Dwight Miller: Program Manager
Dwight joined Parametrix in July 1985 upon completing his graduate degree at WSU. He has served as the Bellevue office principal and regional division manager for EE&S. He took on the EE&S program manager position in 2007. Dwight has managed and provided senior support for many of the company’s solid and hazardous waste management projects. Dwight is active in ACEC Washington, currently serving as a board member. |

Mike Ollivant: Principal Consultant
Mike joined Parametrix in 1979 and is currently leading the potable water and wastewater practice. Mike has experience ranging from system planning to design and project management of complete water systems, complete sanitary sewer collection systems, wastewater treatment facilities, and storm drainage. Mike authored the latest version of the Washington State Department of Ecology standards for alternative sewage collection specific to STEP, small diameter gravity, and grinder pump systems. |

Jim Parsons: Principal Consultant
Jim is a principal consultant and project manager with experience in the design, planning, and analysis of transportation facilities in both the private and public sectors. Jim has worked on major urban rail transit projects both in the Northeast and Northwest and has extensive land use planning, as well as regional planning and travel forecasting experience, and he has managed the preparation of EISs. Jim has managed design, planning, and impact studies dealing with rail, bus, and automated guideway transit facilities and airports and marine transportation. |

Richard Roché: Interim Principal
Richard joined Parametrix in 2002 as a senior environmental consultant providing project and program management for industrial and government clients. He is currently the Portland office principal, responsible for overall client service, sales, and growth in the Portland region. Richard's background includes managing complex brownfield, remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS), and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance projects.

Jan Rosholt: Interim Principal
Jan joined Parametrix in 2008 and is serving as the interim principal for the Bremerton office. As a manager, Jan has a reputation for developing ways to more effectively and efficiently manage resources on multidisciplinary projects. He has been responsible for development of analytical models that address potential costs and savings associated with alternative management and technical systems. His operations management responsibilities have exceeded $30 million in fees annually and a staff complement of greater than 150 professionals and technicians. |

John Taschek: Principal
John is the principal of the New Mexico offices. He became part of Parametrix when we acquired Taschek Environmental Consulting in 2008. John has provided transportation and environmental planning services to clients in the Southwest since 1983. He is experienced preparing NEPA documents for local, federal, and state agencies. John is experienced managing interdisciplinary teams to produce planning and environmental documents. |

Randy Tuminello: Director of Marketing and Business Development
Randy joined Parametrix in 2007 to lead the marketing and business development efforts. He is focused on client service and the strategic development of key business lines across the firm. Previously Randy was the founder and managing partner of TrustBuilders International, a business and marketing consulting practice specifically geared to the A/E/C environment. He was responsible for TrustBuilder’s training programs, client perception studies, strategic planning retreats, and ownership transition programs. |
