Jeff Peacock: President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff joined Parametrix in 1990 as a transportation engineer. In 2008, he became president and chief executive officer, and is responsible for overall company growth and profitability. Jeff overseas company-wide operations, strategic planning, and business development activities. He remains involved in client work and and is also involved in strategic project work. |

Darlene Brown: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Darlene joined Parametrix in April 1996. She was appointed to the executive committee in 2000. As CFO, she plans, directs and controls the organization's overall financial plans and policies and maintains relationships with our lending institutions. She has been a Trustee of our ESOP since 1997. |

Gerry Jones: Chairman
In the Fall of 1998, Gerry joined Parametrix to manage our Sumner office. In January 2000 he became our chief executive officer until his retirement in 2008. |

Frank Buhler: Principal, Zachary Scott & Co. Investment Bankers
Frank specializes in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. He joined Zachary Scott at its inception in 1991, and became a principal in 1996. He has a strong understanding of ESOP principals. |

Waite Dalrymple: Founder of Parametrix
Waite is one of the founders of Parametrix, and the former CEO. Waite's insight and knowledge of Parametrix is invaluable. He works with the management team on investigating potential mergers and acquisitions. |

Denise Ledingham: Employee Representative
Denise is the employee representative selected by the employee leadership council. Denise joined Parametrix in 2000 as a marketing coordinator in the Bremerton office. Since that time she has played several roles in the company, including public relations and communications specialist, core services manager and most recently the associate director of marketing and business development. All of these roles have involved communication and cross-office collaboration which is the passion behind how she approaches her work and her commitment to employee ownership. |

David Mattern: ESOP Trustee Representative
David joined Parametrix part time in 1983 and became a full-time employee in 1984. David has extensive educational background and experience in social and policy research, and environmental studies. His responsibilities include managing environmental impact statement (EIS) preparation, conducting siting studies and planning policy evaluations for major public facilities, and preparing land use, visual quality, and public service assessments. |

Susan Graham: Program Manager
Susan is the program manager for the Community Building program. She is particularly skilled at project development, working in partnership with clients, elected officials, and the impacted communities to identify and resolve challenges to meet broad-ranging objectives. Susan has received two "Excellence in Planning" awards from the Washington State APA for outstanding project work in community outreach, land use/transportation planning, and sustainability. |

Howard Hillinger: Director of Diversification Strategies
Howard joined Parametrix in February of 2004 as the director of federal programs, and is currently helping to guide diversification strategies. He has experience in a wide array of facilities development and management activities, including project development, program and construction management, program and strategic planning, information systems development and integration, and training and staff development and has managed programs exceeding one-million dollars. |

Dan McReynolds: Principal
Dan joined Parametrix in 1990 and now provides project delivery, client service, and business development leadership for the Puyallup office. Dan's background is managing transportation projects in both planning and design phases. He frequently facilitates the public involvement process; his technical expertise is enhanced by excellent communication skills. Dan is also part of Parametrix’s Quality Review Team and regularly participates as a QA/QC manager for transportation projects. |

Dwight Miller: Program Manager
Dwight joined Parametrix in 1985 and had served as an office principal and regional division manager prior to becoming a program manager in 2007. He also chairs the company's Climate Change and Sustainability focus panel. Dwight has managed and provided senior support for many of the company’s solid and hazardous waste management projects. He is active in ACEC Washington, currently serving as a board member. |

Richard Roché: Principal
Richard joined Parametrix in 2002 as an environmental consultant and now is principal of the Portland office. His background includes providing project and program management for industrial and government clients managing remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS), brownfields redevelopment, and environmental compliance projects. In addition, Richard's experience includes strategic environmental and redevelopment planning, and managing environmental due diligence associated with sensitive property transactions and corporate acquisitions. |

Jan Rosholt: Director of Business Development and Program Manager
Jan joined Parametrix in 2008 with nearly 40 years of experience managing large and technically complex projects in the areas of public works, transportation, water resources, process design, emergency response, and solid and hazardous waste. His operations management responsibilities have exceeded $30 million in fees annually and a staff complement of greater than 150 professionals and technicians. As a manager, Jan has a reputation for developing ways to more effectively and efficiently manage resources on multidisciplinary projects. |

Lindsay Yamane: Program Manager
Lindsay joined Parametrix in 1998 as a project manager for transportation projects and now serves as the transportation program manager. He has experience planning, managing, executing, and delivering complex, multi-disciplined transportation mega projects in excess of a billion dollars in construction. Recently, he served as the program manager for the planning, environmental review, and engineering design for the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Project focused on corridor-wide mobility improvements between I-5 in Seattle and I-405 in Bellevue, Washington, approximately 6.7 miles long. |
