Hood Canal Bridge Surveying
This project replaced the east half of the 40-year-old, 13,000-foot-long floating marine structure. Surveying included checking contractor’s layout, control calculations, and methodologies. Challenges included working on the floating pontoons. Specialized survey instruments were used to complete this work.

State of Washington Capitol Campus Inventory Mapping
Parametrix developed an interactive, computer-based Asset Management tool for the Capitol Campus facilities that archives hardcopy utility records and current CADD data, survey control, 360° record photos, and other illustrative records.

Port of Tacoma On-Call Surveying
Since 2003, Parametrix has provided on-call surveying services in support of Port of Tacoma projects. We have completed over 150 tasks encompassing all aspects of land surveying.
