The leadership of Parametrix is committed to increasing company stock value and growing the business in alignment with our Strategic Plan. Our leadership is made up of solutions-oriented individuals who make sure the company upholds our commitments to provide outstanding client service and quality work through collaboration and a spirit of employee ownership. Parametrix is governed by a Board of Directors and daily operations are managed by an Executive Team with support from office principals and program managers.

Jeff Peacock, President & Chief Executive Officer

Jeff joined Parametrix in 1990 as a transportation staff engineer. In 2008, he became president and chief executive officer. He is responsible for overall company growth and profitability. Jeff oversees company-wide operations, strategic planning, and business development activities.

Holli Moeini | Parametrix

Holli Moeini
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Holli joined Parametrix in 2004 as the corporate controller and now serves as CFO. She brings with her almost 25 years of business and financial consulting in public accounting and various other industries.  Holli is a licensed CPA and her previous position before coming to Parametrix was the corporate controller of a publically-traded manufacturing company.



Roger Flint | Parametrix

Roger Flint
Chief Operating Officer

Roger joined Parametrix in 2017 as chief operating officer. Roger has 30 years of experience in infrastructure development as well as all aspects of public works, transportation, and utility operations. Roger leads regional operational units and is responsible for company-wide programs including project delivery. He is also actively involved in the firm’s business development objectives for growth strategies.



Chris Baca

Chris Baca

Chris is a vice president responsible for operations in New Mexico. He has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. His expertise is in transportation planning and analysis, corridor studies, highway and roadway design, signal and lighting design, and construction phasing and traffic control planning. Chris previously founded Vector Engineering, which joined Parametrix in March 2014.

Doug Camenisch, PE

Doug joined Parametrix in 2004 and is a vice president overseeing operations in Idaho. He has designed and managed some of the most complex transportation projects in the greater Boise, Idaho area. He is an effective communicator and is skilled at facilitating public involvement efforts and complex project teams.

Jeanna Hanenburg

Jeanna Hanenburg

Jeanna joined Parametrix in 2000. As the director of human resources, she is responsible for the team of human resources professionals who manage all people programs and processes from recruiting to retention of employees.

Denise Ledingham

Denise Ledingham

Denise joined Parametrix in 2000. She has held several roles in the company, all involving communication and cross-office collaboration which is the passion behind how she approaches her work and her commitment to employee ownership.

David Pennington | Parametrix

David Pennington

David joined Parametrix in 2017 and is the vice president of Infrastructure and Environmental Services for the Southwest region including offices in Albuquerque, NM and Salt Lake City, UT. He has 20 years of experience providing transportation planning services for transit, urban and rural highways, municipal streets, and NEPA analysis and documentation projects. David is responsible for growing the transportation and environmental services in New Mexico and Utah as well as further developing the firm’s presence in Colorado and Arizona.

 

John Perlic | Parametrix

John Perlic, PE

John joined Parametrix in 1994 and is a senior vice president with overall responsibility for the Puget Sound offices. He has managed the planning, environmental documentation, and preliminary design components of some of  the most complex transportation projects in the Northwest including freeways, transit and light rail, multimodal facilities, and corridor studies.

 

John Willis | Parametrix

John Willis, PE

John joined Parametrix in 2017 and is the senior vice president overseeing the operations in Oregon and provides strategic leadership on transportation pursuits firm wide. John has over 20 years of experience in transportation engineering including transit, urban corridors, aviation, and maritime.
