Seattle, WA - Parametrix has been selected by King County to provide design services for the south segment of the Green to Cedar River Trail in the Maple Valley and Black Diamond, WA areas.

The King County regional trail system is one of the nation’s most extensive multi-use networks, and the Green to Cedar Rivers Trail offers an exciting opportunity to expand that vision. Not only will it offer South Sound communities like Maple Valley and Black Diamond better access to their own facilities, parks, and open spaces, but it will also help to define and preserve the best of the region’s natural landscape.

Parametrix brings decades of relevant experience in multi-use regional trail planning and design from concept through construction as well as environmental and engineering specialists who have an understanding of the area. The firm’s experience includes the Lake to Sound Trail, North Creek Trail, and the East Lake Sammamish Trail.
