Albuquerque, NM – Parametrix has hired David Pennington as Vice President of Infrastructure and Environmental Services in the firm’s Southwest region including offices in Albuquerque, NM and Salt Lake City, UT.

Pennington comes to Parametrix from WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff where he spent nearly 20 years. At WSP, he was the New Mexico Area Manager and also worked as a project manager for major projects. In addition to his management responsibilities, Pennington is an experienced transportation planner with expertise in transit, urban and rural highways, municipal streets, and NEPA analysis and documentation. 

At Parametrix, Pennington will be responsible for growing the firm’s transportation and environmental services in New Mexico and Utah, and further developing the firm’s presence in Colorado and Arizona.
