Parametrix often partners with other engineers, architects, and contractors to provide the best project solutions for our clients. Our collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork within Parametrix lends itself to teaming with other firms for the benefit of our clients.
Complex infrastructure projects such as the I-5 Columbia River Crossing and SR 520 Bridge Replacement require large interdisciplinary teams to accomplish the multiple facets of the project most efficiently, from NEPA compliance and environmental permitting through design and construction. When mutually advantageous, we will form a joint-venture with another company, such as we have for the Lynnwood Link Extension project. Many projects have smaller components that are best addressed by a firm with that particular area of expertise.
We have established long-term teaming relationships with firm’s both large and small. These partnerships have resulted in shared success for all firms, including small or disadvantaged businesses (e.g., veteran-owned businesses, HUBZone, and 8(a) businesses). To enhance collaboration, we often work as a blended team under one roof. At times we even work side by side with our client—sharing best practices in real time.
