Pay for Performance
Our compensation structure includes competitive base pay and performance-based rewards. Our performance-oriented culture is reflected in the rewards programs available to all employee-owners. Annual pay increases are tied to performance contributions. Extraordinary results are recognized and rewarded with merit increases and promotions.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
As equal owners in the firm, all employee-owners participate in our ESOP.
How our ESOP works:
- All employees are eligible from date of hire
- Employees meeting plan requirements receive allocations calculated as a percentage of their eligible salary
- There is a 6-year vesting schedule:
1 year = 0% |
2 years = 20% |
3 years = 40% |
4 years = 60% |
5 years = 80% |
6 years = 100% |
- Annual ESOP contributions are approved by the board and dependent on the firm’s financial performance
Bonus Opportunities
Incentive bonuses are tied to a balanced evaluation of individual and company performance. That means if both the company and you have extraordinary performance, you could receive a substantial bonus through our Quarterly Bonus and Annual Award programs.
Rewards and Recognition
