Client: Newland Communities

Located just 4 miles from downtown Spokane, Eagle Ridge is a multi-phase planned residential community, featuring natural scenic settings and ridge-top views. Parametrix provided master planning, civil engineering infrastructure design, and construction management on this 1,500‐unit residential community. This multi‐year, multi‐phase neighborhood project has been ongoing since 1995. We designed entry features, miles of trail systems with interpretive waysides, decorative ponds, and several neighborhood parks. The community has been designed to fit into the natural environment through compatible materials and creatively integrating native components into recreational amenities.
