What we do

Respecting, honoring, and documenting the past

Our cultural resources team of archaeologists, historians, and cultural anthropologists develop creative mitigation approaches that successfully combine archaeological, archival, ethnohistoric/ethnographic, and GIS data to provide a more complete and varied understanding of archaeological sites and historic contexts. Our staff thoroughly understand all aspects of federal and state cultural resource preservation laws and have developed strong relationships with SHPO and agency staff. We take pride in producing technical and legally defensible documents for clients and agencies, while, at the same time, making our investigations educational and accessible to a wide audience.
