Client: Bonneville Power Administration

Bonneville Power Administration and Douglas County PUD are proposing to construct an approximately 9- to 11-mile, 230kV transmission line along the Columbia River reaching from the Rapids Substation in Rock Island southeast to the Columbia Substation. Parametrix has prepared the draft NEPA EA including development of mitigation measures to reduce impacts to insignificance and is working with BPA and the PUD to produce a final EA, which is expected in the fall of 2015.
