Parametrix has provided on-call construction management services to support the Port’s capital improvement program projects at Sea-Tac International Airport since 2017. We have provided project and document controls, project and construction management, construction inspection, and other technical support staff as needed. We are providing construction management services and serving as resident engineer for the North Satellite Renovation and Expansion including a new mezzanine, renovated interior, seismic upgrades, a new Alaska lounge, renovated baggage handling, and a series of new gates. For the Concourse D Annex which will relieve congestion for travelers waiting at crowded gates and aircraft waiting on the airfield for an open gate, we assisted in the development of the RFQ and RFP design-build documentation and assisted in the review and selection of the design-build team. Parametrix is also providing construction management services for a new baggage claim system is being built to allow Sea-Tac to meet current and future growth.
