what we do

Asset Management

Asset management systems allow our clients to comprehensively manage their infrastructure assets, whether those are utilities, roads, transit, or other infrastructure. Our team can help you develop an asset management system to document historical information and the condition, location, and quantity of your assets. With this easily accessible information, your team will be able to visualize, analyze, and explore the many pieces of asset related data to make better decisions about maintenance and capital investments.

Client: Washington Family Ranch

The Washington Family Ranch is a 40,000-plus-acre youth camp owned by Young Life in Central Oregon. Parametrix has worked with the Camp’s Public Works department to develop a web-based asset management system including the Camp’s buildings as well as transportation, water, sewer, stormwater, power, and telecom infrastructure. Parametrix was able to use current as well as historic CAD data to populate the system with a high level of spatial accuracy. With the system in place Camp staff can use the system for everything from planning work, to doing utility locates, and construction management.
