This new complex on the Washington State Capitol Campus housing the Departments of Information Services and Enterprise Services was developed through a public-private partnership. It is the first new construction on the Capitol Campus in two decades, and effectively redeveloped the East Campus with new infrastructure. Surveying services included site boundary and easements, horizontal and vertical control monuments, utility location, topographic mapping, right-of-way vacation assistance, and processing of a binding site plan through the City of Olympia.
