Lower Quilceda Village Sustainable Infrastructure Plan
Tulalip, Washington
Client: Tulalip Tribes
Partner: Cogan Owens Cogan, LLC

As part of the Tulalip Tribes land use planning efforts for this subarea of the reservation, Parametrix developed a sustainable infrastructure plan. The plan presents a framework for supporting and protecting the natural resources, green infrastructure, and social/cultural values of the Lower Quilceda Neighborhood. The plan was developed through a series of workshops and charrettes with the Tribe’s stakeholder committee. The final report was prepared in a reader-friendly format, focused on telling the story through visual images, maps, and photos, and written in an approachable, non-technical style.
