Sarah is an engineer with Parametrix’s Puget Sound Environmental Planning & Compliance team, based in Seattle, WA. She has been with Parametrix for 5 years and has 8 years of industry experience.

The Future City Competition is a national STEM learning experience where 6th, 7th, and 8th grades students imagine, research, design, and build cities of the future that showcase their solution to a citywide sustainability issue. This year’s theme was Waste-Free City, where teams were tasked to use the three principles of a circular economy to design a futuristic, waste-free city.
