The leadership of Parametrix is committed to increasing company stock value and growing the business in alignment with our Strategic Plan. Our leadership is made up of solutions-oriented individuals who make sure the company upholds our commitments to provide outstanding client service and quality work through collaboration and a spirit of employee ownership. Parametrix is governed by a Board of Directors and daily operations are managed by a Leadership Team representing our regions and corporate services.

Jeff Peacock 2023

Jeff Peacock
Chair of the Board

Jeff joined Parametrix in 1990 as a transportation staff engineer. In 2008 he became president and chief executive officer. In 2023, he transitioned into executive advisor and chair of the board. In this role, he supports strategic growth and mergers and acquisitions and also oversees the Board of Directors. He has played a key role in developing the company’s transportation practice, including projects such as the SR 520 Floating Bridge, the SR 3/SR 304 Gorst to Bremerton Ferry Terminal project, and the US 101 Coastal Corridor.

John Willis
President and Chief Executive Officer

John joined Parametrix in 2017 and served as the senior vice president overseeing the operations in Oregon and Southwest Washington prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2022. John has over 28 years of experience in the A&E industry in a variety of leadership roles and has managed some of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects including the Interstate Bridge Replacement, TriMet’s Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail, and the Dreamlifter Operations Center for Boeing. John is skilled at managing multi-disciplined teams and engaging in public outreach to reach consensus

Waite Dalrymple
Founder of Parametrix

As one of the founders of Parametrix, and the former CEO, Waite's insight and knowledge of Parametrix is invaluable. He is a champion of employee ownership and has been an active leader in the ESOP community. In 2007, Waite was awarded the ESOP Association’s Life Time Service Award.

Frank Buhler

Frank Buhler
Principal, Zachary Scott & Co. Investment Bankers

Frank is a Principal at Zachary Scott, where he specializes in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. He joined Zachary Scott at its inception in 1991 and became a principal in 1996. In addition to the Parametrix board, Frank also serves on the board of Little Red Services and St. Joseph School Endowment Fund.

Tim Jenkins, Parametrix Board of Directors

Tim Jenkins
Founder and President, Colchuck

Tim joined the Board in 2015. He is the president and founder of Colchuck, an investment firm that helps grow businesses through advisory services and financial investment. Tim has a background in management consulting and founded Point B, a national management consulting firm that works in a wide variety of industries. Before founding Point B, Tim worked for several years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) before leaving to lead a number of projects at Seattle Children’s. Tim also serves as director for several companies and non-profits.

Blake Murillo
Past Chairman of the Board, PSOMAS

Blake joined the Parametrix Board in 2013. He is a consulting engineer who worked for over 45 years at PSOMAS, a design firm based in Los Angeles, CA that specializes in transportation, water/wastewater, and land development, and has an ESOP. He served as both the CEO for 14 years and then chairman of the board until 2018. Blake also serves on the boards of two other engineering firms, one in Detroit, Michigan and one in Meriden, Connecticut.

Sielen Namdar
Industry Executive | Global Sustainability Lead for Industries, Cisco

Sielen joined the Parametrix Board in 2022. She is currently Cisco's global sustainability lead for industries, building go-to-market strategy and key alliances for innovative technology solutions. She also serves as Cisco’s global diversity & inclusion lead. Sielen is also a board member for Seattle Leadership Tomorrow and serves as the Partnership Chair for Smart Water Networks Forum (SWAN).

John Okamoto, Parametrix Board of Directors

John Okamoto
President, Okamoto Strategies

John joined the Parametrix Board in 2015. He is the president of Okamoto Strategies, providing an array of consulting services to government, business, and non-profits. John has a long career of leadership serving in executive roles for the Port of Seattle, Washington State Department of Transportation, and City of Seattle. He has served on several boards including American Public Works Association, Mountains to Sound Greenway, Leadership Tomorrow, and Bakke University.
