John Willis
President and Chief Executive Officer

John joined Parametrix in 2017 and served as the senior vice president overseeing the operations in Oregon and Southwest Washington prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2022. John has over 28 years of experience in the A&E industry in a variety of leadership roles and has managed some of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects including the Interstate Bridge Replacement, TriMet’s Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail, and the Dreamlifter Operations Center for Boeing. John is skilled at managing multi-disciplined teams and engaging in public outreach to reach consensus..

Brent joined Parametrix in 2022 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He brings over 25 years of industry experience, specializing in financial management, business growth and expansion strategy, and organizational culture development.

Roger Flint | Parametrix

Roger Flint
Chief Operating Officer

Roger joined Parametrix in 2017 as chief operating officer. Roger has 30 years of experience in infrastructure development as well as all aspects of public works, transportation, and utility operations. Roger leads regional operational units and is responsible for company-wide programs including project delivery. He is also actively involved in the firm’s business development objectives for growth strategies.

Jeanna Hanenburg

Jeanna joined Parametrix in 2000. As the director of human resources, she is responsible for the team of human resources professionals who manage all people programs and processes from recruiting to retention of employees.

 Nathan Johnson

Nathan joined Parametrix in 2022 and is senior vice president of the Southwest region. He has over 20 years of experience building teams and delivering transportation needs including highways, roads, transit, and rail from planning and funding through environmental clearance, design, and construction.

Denise Ledingham

Denise Ledingham

Denise joined Parametrix in 2000. She has held several roles in the company, all involving communication and cross-office collaboration which is the passion behind how she approaches her work and her commitment to employee ownership.


Richard Roché

Richard joined Parametrix in 2002 and has served in various leadership roles during his time at the company. He currently oversees the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. He has over 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant.

Darby Watson

Darby joined Parametrix in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President overseeing the Puget Sound region. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in managing transportation and urban planning programs.

Elisa Young

Elisa Young

Elisa joined Parametrix in 2023 as director of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is responsible for providing vision, leadership, and counsel in the creation of a welcoming and respectful environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promotes workplace excellence. She has over 15 years of experience specializing in organizational transformation through strategic planning, policy development, supplier diversity, workforce development, training, and coaching.
