Albuquerque, NM – Parametrix has hired Jeff Fredine as Environmental Planning and Compliance (EP&C) Division Manager in the firm’s Albuquerque office. He has over 20 years of industry experience, specializing in cultural resources, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) documentation.

Prior to joining Parametrix, Fredine was with WSP (formerly Parsons Brinckerhoff) where he served as a Lead Planner, Principal Investigator, and Manager of the Environmental Planning group. His experience includes environmental and cultural investigations and documentation for a variety of urban and rural highway, transit, and utility infrastructure projects. Prior to that, he worked for the New Mexico Department of Transportation Environmental Bureau where he managed environmental and cultural resource clearances for transportation projects throughout New Mexico.

Fredine will lead the firm’s EP&C practice in Albuquerque which includes cultural resources, natural resources, and ethnography.
