Boise, ID – Harvin Flores, PE has joined Parametrix as a senior engineer in the firm’s Boise office. He has 14 years of experience, specializing in transportation engineering.

Prior to joining Parametrix, Flores was a project manager at T-O Engineers. His experience includes roadway design, project management, construction engineering, and inspection. He is skilled in rural and urban roadway design, intersections, drainage and irrigation, utility design, signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic control plans. He has worked on projects for the Ada County Highway District, the Idaho Transportation Department, the Local Highway and Technical Assistance Council, and other local municipalities.

At Parametrix, Flores will join the Boise transportation group where he will be leading transportation projects for local clients as well as assisting with business development in Idaho.
