12.20.17 Sarah Touey, PE Joins Parametrix
Portland, OR – Sarah Touey, PE has joined Parametrix as a senior engineer in the firm’s Portland office. She has 11 years of experience in the management of transportation and transit projects for public agencies.
Prior to joining Parametrix, Touey worked for TriMet. She did civil design for the Division Bus Rapid Transit project, design and construction management of the MAX Track Rehabilitation project in downtown Portland, and management of a bridge inspections contract. As an engineer in the Maintenance of Way division at TriMet, Touey’s main focus was to improve reliability for the MAX by replacing the oldest track work under operations of a live system. Prior to that, she was with the Washington State Department of Transportation, designing hydraulics and ADA improvements for large interchange projects and culvert rehabilitations in the Columbia Gorge.
At Parametrix, she will join the Portland transportation group and be involved in regional transit projects, including projects with TriMet.
