Portland, OR – David Treadwell, PE has joined Parametrix as a Senior Engineer in the firm’s Portland office. He has 18 years of experience in transit design and construction, focused on light rail, streetcar, and commuter rail.

Treadwell comes to Parametrix from HDR where he served as a Senior Rail Engineer and a Project Manager for freight and transit rail projects. Prior to that he was at CH2M where he served as Rail Engineer and Design Manager. His project experience includes projects for TriMet such as the Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail, Westside Express Service, Southwest Corridor High Capacity Transit Study, and the Portland Union Station Preliminary Engineering project. He has also worked on Sound Transit projects including the Tacoma and Federal Way Link Extensions.

At Parametrix, Treadwell will join the firm’s growing transit group in Portland to support project work such as the MAX Red Line Extension and Southwest Corridor project for TriMet.
