12.18.18 Parametrix Spokane Office Moves into Wonder Building
Spokane, WA – Formerly located on West Mission Avenue, Parametrix’s Spokane office has moved to the Wonder Building in downtown Spokane, located at 835 North Post. The firm occupies 8,000 square feet of space on the second floor.
Parametrix is the first tenant of the newly renovated Wonder Building, which originally was the Wonder Bread Bakery building. Parametrix served as the civil engineer for the project.
Parametrix established a Spokane office in 2016 when Taylor Engineering was acquired. The staff of approximately 35 provide services in general civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying.
Roger Flint, Parametrix’s Chief Operating Officer, who is based out of Spokane stated “this move has allowed us to improve our proximity to our clients and the downtown core while enhancing the overall work environment for our employees-owners. The Wonder Building offers the look and feel of a historic building while providing all the modern conveniences of a new building. We are extremely happy with our move to the new location.”
Parametrix is a 100-percent employee-owned firm providing engineering, planning, and environmental services. Founded in Washington State in 1969, Parametrix now has 500 employee-owners based out of offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, and Nevada.
