Bremerton, WA – The City of Bremerton has selected Parametrix to provide engineering services for the Oyster Bay Beach Sewer Upgrades project. This project includes design and installation of grinder pump stations to approximately 53 properties as well as upland gravity and low-pressure collection system improvements to eliminate sewage backups. The overall goal of the project is to reduce the fecal coliform bacteria pollution and other pollution associated with sewage in Oyster Bay. Design will begin shortly, and construction is set to begin in 2021. The project is funded by a Washington State Department of Ecology’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan.
