Five Fish Passage Barriers to be Removed Near Bremerton, WA

Bremerton, WA – The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Olympic Region has selected Parametrix for the removal of five fish passage barriers in the Gorst area south of Bremerton.This bundle of fish passage barrier removals is part of the 2013 injunction to remove 90 percent of fish barriers in Washington State by 2030. Seattle, WA – Engineering News Record has released its annual Top Design Firms list, which ranks firms based on revenue for design services performed in the previous year. This year Parametrix was ranked number 140. Parametrix has been ranked in the top 500 design firms since 1998. For the sixth consecutive year, total revenue for the top 500 listed firms increased, rising 2.2% to $107.11 billion in 2021. Median firm revenue also rebounded after a dip last year, rising 3.8%, to $67.45 million.The transportation market continued to be Parametrix’s largest source of revenue.
