Charissa Rotramel has joined Parametrix as Strategic Growth and Development Director based in Portland. She has over 20 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry specializing in business development, marketing, and growth strategies. Charissa comes to Parametrix from WSP where she served as Vice President and Northwest Pacific District Marketing Director, overseeing strategic growth for multiple business lines across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska.She joins the firm’s Functional Integration Team, leading the development and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives, growth objectives, and new business and expansion opportunities.

Elisa Young, JD, CDE has joined Parametrix as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She has over 15 years of experience specializing in organizational transformation through strategic planning, policy development, supplier diversity, and workforce development.Elisa comes to Parametrix from the City of Seattle where she served as Director of Equity and Policy, providing high-level policy and operational direction on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs impacting over 600 employees. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Diversity Executive. At Parametrix, she joins the Enterprise Leadership Team, providing vision, leadership, and counsel in the creation of a welcoming and respectful environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promotes workplace excellence.
Parametrix Appoints Jeff Peacock, PE as Chair of the Board
Jeff Peacock, PE, has been appointed as Chair of Parametrix’s Board of Directors. He recently transitioned from Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a position he held for 15 years, to Executive Advisor, supporting strategic growth and mergers and acquisitions. Parametrix announced the selection of John Willis as the new CEO earlier this year. Jeff joined Parametrix in 1990 and has played a key role in developing the company’s transportation practice, including projects such as the SR 520 Floating Bridge, the SR 3/SR 304 Gorst to Bremerton Ferry Terminal project, the US 101 Coastal Corridor, and many others. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 through 2022, during which time he led the firm through the great recession and the COVID-19 pandemic, including the transition to remote and hybrid work. Shelley Miller, PLA, AICP, PMP has joined Parametrix as a Senior Planner. She has over 15 years of experience providing public transportation planning services to agencies across the United States. Shelley comes to Parametrix from OAC Services where she served as a Senior Project Manager. She specializes in transit corridor asset project management and construction, including urban design, landscape, stations, and vehicles and their amenities. Her project experience includes work for King County Metro, the Port of Seattle, and TriMet.Shelley is a Professional Landscape Architect and Project Management Professional and is certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners. She holds master’s degrees in regional planning and landscape architecture.
