Parametrix is 100 percent employee owned. In 1992, Parametrix established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and the founders began selling shares of the company to the ESOP Trust. With the final sale of the founders’ shares in 1999, Parametrix became 100 percent employee owned.

What that means for clients is that each and every employee is an owner. Everyone has a stake in the quality of our work, the success of our business, and the satisfaction of our clients. For employees, it means that you share in and contribute to Parametrix’s success. From day one, you earn stock in your ESOP account. Employee ownership has helped to shape our culture, contributing to our collaborative approach to creating the best solutions for our clients.

Parametrix is active in The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and regularly participates in local and national events. Our Business Owner Training Program was recognized with an Innovations in Employee Ownership Award from NCEO and an AACE Award for Educational Materials, Print from the ESOP Association, both in 2009.

ESOP Trustees

The Parametrix ESOP Trustees have fiduciary responsibility to act on the best interest of the trust and its beneficiaries (the employee-owners of Parametrix).
