While we faced many challenges in 2020, we’re proud of the work we were able to accomplish together with our clients and partners, while keeping health and safety a top priority.
We worked on 1,358 projects in our communities and served 570 clients.
We welcomed 92 new employee-owners, including 5 summer interns who joined us virtually.
We expanded our presence in Nevada by adding Civil FX, a Division of Parametrix.
30 employee-owners became fully vested in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan!
Our Bend office celebrated its 5-year anniversary!
We made a commitment to continuing the conversation around racial equity at Parametrix and in our communities.
After many months of work from our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and input from employee-owners, we added a new core value – inclusion.
We raised over $30,000 for charities through a virtual talent show!
Hosted our first ever virtual Employee-Ownership celebration in October!
We were ranked among Engineering News Record’s Top 200 Environmental Firms and Top 500 Design Firms, named the Northwest ESOP Company of the Year, and ranked number 40 on Zweig Group’s Hot Firms list!
