Seattle, WA – Lisa Reynolds, PE has joined Parametrix as a program manager with the firm’s Advisory Services practice. She has 30 years of experience in the environmental sector, including environmental permitting, compliance, and licensing; capital program planning; regional coordination; workforce development; allocation of investigation; and response costs at hazardous waste sites in the public and private sectors.
Reynolds comes to Parametrix from HDR Engineering, Inc. where she served as a utility planning lead. In this role, she provided utility planning support to municipal water and wastewater utilities, contributed to task order development, and conducted quality control reviews. Prior to that, she served as a principal engineer with the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. Her expertise involves wastewater, environmental management, and quality control in design and implementation of utility projects.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Global and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management and holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida.
At Parametrix, Reynolds joins the firm’s Advisory Services team, providing owner advisory, business process improvement, organization development, and strategic consulting services to public agencies across the United States.
