Seattle, WA – Parametrix, a 100% employee-owned company, has selected Athreya Sreenivasan to serve as a trustee of the firm’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
Sreenivasan is a senior consultant with the firm’s Midwest Transportation Division. He joined Parametrix in September 2024 and has over 25 years of industry experience. He will serve as one of the firm’s three internal ESOP trustees. The trustees have a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of the trust and its beneficiaries, who are the employee-owners of Parametrix.
Parametrix established its ESOP in 1992 and became 100% employee-owned in 1999. In 2001, the firm was named the Employee-Owned Company of the Year by the National ESOP Association.
