The City of Liberty Lake is developing a climate element as part of their comprehensive plan. Parametrix worked with the City to conduct a GHG inventory and a climate risk assessment and developed goals and policies for both the resiliency and mitigation sub-elements. Through community outreach including the City’s Planning Commission, Climate Policy Action Team, and a representative group of concerned citizens, we helped the City to develop mitigation and resiliency actions to include in their comprehensive plan. Parametrix helped Liberty Lake to complete all the required pieces of the comprehensive plan and submit the final product to Washington Department of Commerce for successful review.
