Parametrix Ranks Among Top Design Firms in Southwest and Mountain States

Boise, ID – Engineer News-Record (ENR) has released its 2026 Mountain States and Southwest Top Design Firms. Parametrix ranked No. 38, up five spots from last year’s ranking. The firm was also ranked No. 6 in the Idaho sector.

The ENR Mountain States and Southwest rankings are based on revenue generated in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. In 2025, the firm generated over $43.2 million in design revenue in the region.

The firm’s offices in the region are in Coeur d’Alene and Boise, Idaho; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; Phoenix, Arizona; and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Significant projects to break ground in the last year include SH-16, Phase 3 for the Idaho Transportation Department; Unser Boulevard Widening for the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Access to Opportunity for the Ada County Highway District in Idaho; US 180 Alignment Study for the New Mexico Department of Transportation; and water and wastewater projects for Foothills Utilities in Yuma, Arizona.
