Denver, CO – The Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) College of Fellows recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the profession over the course of their career. Anne Timmermans, CCM, FCMAA, was among 11 professionals inducted into the 2026 College of Fellows during the CMAA national conference in Denver.
Timmermans is a senior consultant and division manager of the Washington State program management/construction management group at Parametrix. She has over two decades of experience in construction management with over $2.5 billion in capital construction in the Pacific Northwest. She has been a CMAA member since 2007, serving as president of the Pacific Northwest chapter, and on the national board of directors.
Since 1987, CMAA has given this honor to 125 individuals. The CMAA website states:
“Each Fellow embodies the highest standards of professionalism and achievement, contributing their expertise and insights to advance the PM/CM profession and mentor future leaders. Through their dedication, the College not only honors individual excellence but also shapes the strategic direction of the construction management industry.”
The selection committee noted Timmermans’ significant contributions to the profession, the organization, and her commitment to the future. As a fellow, she will serve as a mentor, thought leader, and industry champion.
