Seattle, WA – Andrew Merges, PE has rejoined Parametrix as a Senior Consultant. He has over 20 years of experience in public administration, project management, engineering, and planning.
Merges comes to Parametrix from the City of Des Moines where he served as Public Works Director and City Engineer. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the public works department, annual operating and capital budgets, fleet management, stormwater utility, transportation planning, capital project and program delivery, and public works contract delivery. He was previously at Parametrix from 2004 to 2007.
At Parametrix, he joins the firm’s transportation team providing engineering and planning services to cities, counties, and transit agencies throughout the Puget Sound region.
