Chicago, IL – Jake Weaver, PE, has joined Parametrix as a senior program manager with the firm’s advisory services practice. He has 25 years of experience in program management, advising owners, and delivering complex programs and projects.
Weaver comes to Parametrix from HNTB Corporation, where he served as deputy program manager for the Illinois Tollway Program Management Office, which is responsible for delivering over $15 billion in capital programs. Previously, he served as a program manager leading the $4 billion Elgin O’Hare Western Access Design Corridor Management Team. The corridor includes two new all-electronic tollways, IL 390 and I-490.
His areas of expertise include program and project management, large-scale transportation infrastructure projects, risk management, and design management.

He will also contribute to the growth of the firm’s Midwest operations. Parametrix established a Midwest presence in 2024 with a current focus on serving clients in the transportation and environmental markets.
