Jeff England, PE, PMP has joined Parametrix as a Senior Consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in municipal planning, engineering, project and program management, and land development.
Jeff comes to Parametrix from WSP where he served as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, he owned CIP Consulting. He has also served as Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Planning at the City of Bend where he was proactive in initiating alternative project delivery methods and served as project and/or program manager for a variety of transportation, water, sanitary sewer, and storm water projects. He is a certified project management professional and a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii.
At Parametrix, he joins the Community Building team in Bend, serving public and private sector clients including the City of Bend and the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department.
