John Willis, PE Assumes Chief Executive Officer Role at Parametrix

01.10.23

Parametrix President, John Willis, has assumed the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role effective January 1, 2023. John was selected as President in June 2022, with the intent to transition into the CEO role.

He succeeds Jeff Peacock, who led the firm as CEO for nearly 15 years. Jeff has been appointed as Chair of the Parametrix Board of Directors and will remain actively involved in the firm, focusing on strategic growth initiatives.

John joined Parametrix in 2017 and served as Oregon and Southwest Washington Senior Vice President prior to being selected as President and CEO. He has over 28 years of experience in the architectural and engineering industry in a variety of leadership roles. John managed some of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects including the Interstate Bridge Replacement, TriMet’s Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail, and the Dreamlifter Operations Center for Boeing.

John says he is “honored to lead Parametrix and build on the firm’s impressive legacy and commitment to employee-ownership.”

“John brings exceptional leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to lead the employee-owners at Parametrix,” added Jeff.
