Julian Franco, PMP has joined Parametrix as an Owner’s Representative with nearly two decades of experience in the civil engineering industry in both the public sector and as a consultant with an emphasis on program, project, and change management and delivery.
He comes to Parametrix from Amazon Web Services where he served as a Technical Program Manager for the Electrical Solutions Team. He is a Certified Project Management Professional with a degree in Engineering. Throughout his career, Julian has worked on projects for Sound Transit, King County, Seattle City Light, and Seattle Public Utilities.
At Parametrix, he joins the firm’s Strategic Advisory Services team, providing management consulting, asset management, owner advisory services, business process improvement, and strategy consulting services for program and project planning, development, and delivery for public agencies across the Western United States.
