Layne McWilliams, PE, JD Rejoins Parametrix

Layne McWilliams, PE, JD has rejoined Parametrix as a Principal Consultant. He has over 20 years of experience designing and building projects in Washington, Oregon, and California. He specializes in helping existing facilities reduce their energy footprint through education and optimization programs.
Layne comes to Parametrix from Cascade Energy where he served as the Water/Wastewater Lead and Customer Engagement Director, establishing a national practice in energy efficiency and strategic energy management for the water/wastewater industry. He was previously employed by Parametrix from 2001-2006, working on the design and startup of several wastewater facilities. Layne received his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
At Parametrix, he joins the Climate Change and Resiliency team, working at the intersections of process optimization, energy, climate, and water for public and private organizations across Parametrix.
