Chicago, IL – Parametrix, a 100-percent employee-owned engineering, planning, and environmental science consulting firm, has hired three staff in Chicago, growing the firm’s Midwest presence.
Jill Kramer, ENV SP, Karen Munson, and Brian Manning, PE bring decades of experience in transportation infrastructure design, environmental consulting, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, and project management with clients such as the Illinois Department of Transportation, Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, and Illinois Tollway.
Jill Kramer, ENV SP joins Parametrix as a senior consultant with over three decades of experience delivering NEPA documents for infrastructure projects. Her experience includes planning and environmental linkage studies, long-range transportation plans, capital improvement plans, corridor studies, discretionary grant applications, project management plans, resource studies, and stakeholder engagement.
Karen Munson joins Parametrix as a senior consultant with almost two decades of experience in environmental consulting. Her experience includes environmental permitting, threatened and endangered species consultations, aquatic resource delineations, habitat assessments, and project management. She also has experience with climate change research and adaptation planning.
Brian Manning, PE joins Parametrix as a senior engineer with 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning. His experience includes roadway geometrics, multimodal corridor design, travel forecasting, and traffic operations.
The three join Parametrix’s Midwest practice, which now includes six staff specializing in transportation and environmental compliance.
