Parametrix has been ranked the number 10 best large company to work for in Oregon by Oregon Business. Large companies are those that have 100 or more employees in Oregon. The award was announced at an event held at the Oregon Convention Center on March 2, 2023.
The ranking is based on employee survey responses, which include questions about work environment, management and communications, decision-making and trust, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation.
Parametrix has Oregon offices in Portland, Bend, and Eugene, consisting of over 100 employee-owners providing services in transportation, environmental science, water, community building, climate, sustainability, and land surveying. As a 100% employee-owned firm, all employee-owners participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
