San Diego, CA – Parametrix has added three transportation professionals to the firm’s new San Diego office, which includes ten professionals specializing in transportation planning and engineering services.
Ryan Whipple, PE, TE joins Parametrix as a Senior Consultant and San Diego Mobility Lead. He comes to Parametrix from WSP where he served as an Assistant Vice President in Traffic and Mobility. He brings over a decade of experience in multimodal planning; conceptual design; traffic operational analysis; and plans, specifications, and engineering design. At Parametrix, he will focus on growing the firm’s mobility practice in Southern California with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and infrastructure specialists.
Ghazal Hasani, EIT joins Parametrix as a Senior Planner. She comes to Parametrix from Fehr & Peers where she worked as a Senior Transportation Engineer, Planner, and Data Scientist. She has seven years of experience specializing in multimodal transportation planning, data science, and travel demand modeling and forecasting. At Parametrix, she will contribute to the growth of the firm’s transportation planning and engineering practice in Southern California.
Sandra Frimpong, PE joins Parametrix as a Senior Bridge Engineer. She comes to Parametrix from WSP, where she worked as a Senior Consultant and Structural Engineer. Frimpong has seven years of experience in structural engineering with an emphasis on transportation structures. At Parametrix, she will provide expertise in structural modeling, design, and analysis of bridges and unique structures.
