Seattle, WA – Parametrix has selected Leslie Sowles, SPHR, SHRM-SCP as director of human resources. She brings over two decades of experience in the engineering and consulting industries.
Sowles comes to Parametrix from Consor Engineers where she served as director of employee relations. In this role, she oversaw the development of policies and employment practices, provided coaching to leadership, and developed training. She holds senior-level certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
At Parametrix, she joins the firm’s Enterprise Leadership Team providing human resources leadership in alignment with the firm’s vision and strategic plan.
