Puyallup, WA – Sean Ryan, LEED AP BD+C has joined Parametrix as a Senior Construction Manager. He has 26 years of experience providing project management services, including design and construction phase management and quality control and inspections.
Ryan comes to Parametrix from Turner & Townsend Heery where he served as a Senior Project Manager. His project experience includes work on K-12 facilities, healthcare facilities, historical renovations, commercial tenant buildouts, condominium buildings, and midrise residential buildings.
He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional with a Building Design and Construction Specialty. He is also a member of the Construction Management Association of America, Association for Learning Environments, and US Green Building Council.
At Parametrix, he joins the firm’s community building division which provides project and construction management, owner’s representative, survey, and landscape architecture services to public and private clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. He will be based in the firm’s Puyallup, WA office.
