Upgrades to Sunriver’s existing 1.5 mgd treatment facility included a membrane bioreactor (MBR) and associated biological treatment processes to achieve Class A recycled water standards as defined by the Oregon Revised Statutes. The project also included a new preliminary treatment facility (headworks), upgrades to the existing solids handling processes, disinfection, demolition of existing structures, and odor control facilities. The project was delivered through a CM/GC process.
Parametrix provided planning, alternatives analysis, design, public outreach, CM/GC RFP development, and contractor selection services, and supported the project through construction. Our team also provided specialty engineering services ranging from design of the MBR system to HVAC, odor control, and structural design.

This project has been successful as the change orders have been less than 1% overall, and the schedule is on track to completion before the contract date.
