Parametrix provided cultural resource support for the US Highway 12 Sidewalk Project near Orofino, Idaho. Parametrix’s services included an archaeological and architectural resource survey and evaluation of 13 previously unrecorded cultural resources and two previously documented cultural resources. Based on this analysis, Parametrix concluded that none of the previously unrecorded cultural resources are eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, and that no significant contributing elements of the previously documented cultural resources would be impacted by the project. These findings were documented in a cultural resources technical report, which received concurrence from the Idaho SHPO and consulting parties.
