Bend, OR – Jessie Rykels-Wilson, PE has joined Parametrix’s Bend office as a senior engineer. She has 14 years of experience delivering transportation projects for public agencies throughout the Northwest, designing and managing projects from the planning phase through construction.
Rykels-Wilson comes to Parametrix from HDR in Bend where she served as a senior transportation designer and project manager. Her project experience includes the City of Bend’s Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard Intersection Improvements, 14th Street Reconstruction, and Galveston Avenue Reconstruction.
Prior to relocating to Bend in 2015, she spent nine years designing projects with Perteet in Everett, WA. She “enjoys working directly with community members and clients to see positive change in communities through improvements in infrastructure.”
At Parametrix, Rykels-Wilson joins the firm’s Bend community building practice, working on local agency projects as well as private development projects.
