Seattle, WA – Seattle Business Magazine held their 30th Annual Best Companies to Work for Awards yesterday evening at the Washington State Convention Center. The event, hosted by King 5’s Chris Cashman, included a guest appearance by the Seattle Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline. The top 100 firms were ranked based on the results of an employee survey that included questions on the topics of work environment, rewards and recognition, benefits, communications, responsibility and decision-making, and executive leadership. The competition included companies from across the state in various sectors. Engineering, planning, and environmental sciences firm Parametrix ranked on the list as the number three best large company to work for in Washington.
