Elisa Young, JD, CDE has joined Parametrix as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She has over 15 years of experience specializing in organizational transformation through strategic planning, policy development, supplier diversity, and workforce development.
Elisa comes to Parametrix from the City of Seattle where she served as Director of Equity and Policy, providing high-level policy and operational direction on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs impacting over 600 employees.
She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Diversity Executive.
At Parametrix, she joins the Enterprise Leadership Team, providing vision, leadership, and counsel in the creation of a welcoming and respectful environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promotes workplace excellence.
