San Francisco, CA – Janice Reguyal, PE, has joined Parametrix as a senior consultant. She brings 17 years of experience planning, designing, and delivering transit and transportation infrastructure projects for public agencies.
Reguyal comes to Parametrix from GFT where she served as a project manager and senior civil engineer responsible for providing engineering leadership and support to transit teams and clients across the company.
Her experience has centered on designing resilient and community-focused transportation solutions including highways, bus rapid transit, light rail, high-speed rail, and transit facility modernization. She has led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, multimodal transit infrastructure projects. Her role has included providing strategic engineering leadership to advance regional mobility and connectivity.
Reguyal has worked with municipalities and public agencies across California and the West, including Caltrain, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), City of San Jose, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission, LA Metro, San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, North County Transit District, California High-Speed Rail Authority, and Sound Transit.
At Parametrix, she joins the firm’s California transportation team, providing planning, engineering, and design services to public agencies throughout the state.
