Kelly Betteridge Joins Parametrix

Portland, OR – Kelly Betteridge has joined Parametrix’s Portland office as a Senior Planner. She has over 20 years of public transportation and transit planning experience.
Betteridge comes to Parametrix from TriMet, where she most recently served as Program Manager for the Southwest Corridor project. She has also served as the Manager of Capital Planning where she was the Project Manager for the Division Bus Rapid Transit Project from conceptual design through receipt of Federal Transit Administration Small Starts Funding and managed the Enhanced Transit Concept Program for the agency. She also served as Lead Transit Planner during the permitting and preliminary engineering phases of the Columbia River Crossing project.
She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and serves on the Rail~Volution National Steering Committee.
Betteridge joins the Parametrix Transit group, working for clients such as the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Utah Transit Authority, Sound Transit, and others on transit and multimodal corridor projects.
